Last year, Huawei added the facility of sending messages using satellite connection to its ‘Mate 50 Pro’ model phone. However, only messages can be sent to specific numbers through the phone. But users of the new model phones can send messages to each other using a satellite connection if they want. However, Huawei did not provide any detailed information about which company will use the satellite connection. The facility is expected to be operated using China’s Tiantong 1 satellite.
